At school Eleanor had a natural infinity for English and English Literature, going on to study A level Sociology, English Language and Literature. At the University of Surrey, Eleanor studied a combined degree in business studies and social administration.
Eleanor’s fledgling IT career started at Sainsbury’s Homebase within their IT support department. After having her daughter Rianna in ‘96, she went on to complete a Diploma in Social Admin and IT at Dudley College of Technology, then accepted a role with SCC in Tyseley as a MainFrame systems administrator. From there she went on to work for the Black Country Chamber & Business Link (BCCBL) in Dudley where she was Systems Manager. After a successful 4 years there Eleanor accepted a role at the National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS) as IT Manager then worked for the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) for 6 further years as Head of IT.
Eleanor joined AW as IT Service Manager in 2011 and was promoted to General Manager, a role which she enjoys to this day being an innate people person.
In her downtime Eleanor enjoys reading music and meals out. Professionally Eleanor has a clear vision for AW Digital’s future growth, and wants to continue building a successful and diverse organisation where excellence is the standard.
